After School Programs
We are proud to inform you that we are now offering FREE after school programs for students in grades 2-12. We will be providing academic support along with recreational activties Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:30 and 5:30 (High School timings vary). Below you will find more information on each of our programs.
Elementary School
We will be offering homework help, tutoring and activities every day for students grades 2-5. The program is available for students in Kindergarten and 1st grade ONLY if they have a sibling in the SONYC Middle School program or High School after school program. We will also be providing snacks for all students enrolled.
Middle School SONYC
SONYC (School's Out New York City) is a program designed to serve young NYC students by providing learning opportunities that go beyond the classroom. We provide homework help and tutoring, opportunities for early H.S. graduation along with basketball, soccer, martial arts, rock climbing, taekwondo & more. Weekend programs include educational trips to the museum, aquariam, libraries and parks.
High School
For High School students, we provide free tutoring and homework help. We also offer Advanced Placement (AP) classes which are equivalent to undergraduate college courses. At the end of each course, students will take the AP exam and potentially receive college credit for that subject. Extra curricular classes such as Bristish Literature and Economics are also offered for students interested in early graduation.
