School Registration
Registration Highlights
Al-Madinah School does not have a campus in Queens.
Al-Madinah School does not operate any other location except 383, 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11215.
For Returning Student Registration
- - To ensure smoother registration, please download the school application from our web site almadinah-school.com , complete it out and bring it with you to the school together with an updated immunization record and an updated proof of address (ONLY if there is a change in address).
- - On the day of registration, please bring the registration fees and the first payment according to the payment schedule on page no. 5 of the school application. Payments can be made in cash, money order, or check only.
For New Student Registration
- - Registration will take anywhere between 1 ½ - 3 hours. This includes admission exam and interview, so please plan accordingly. New students must come to school for an admission test and an interview.
- - To ensure smoother registration , please download the school application from our web site almadinah-school.com , complete it out and bring it with you to the school together with the following documents:-
- Original birth certificate ( translated in English)
- Immunization record
- Physical exam
- Proof of address (Utility bill)
- Two passport size pictures
- Original latest / final report card
- On the day of registration, please bring the registration fees plus the first payment according to the payment schedule on page 5 of the school application. Payments can be done in cash, money order, or check only.
Registration fees will remain $100 until June 28th. Registration fees increase to $150 starting July 1st to August 30th

Monday- Thursday (Closed on Fridays)
9:00 am. – 2:00 pm.
School Office will be closed from June 17th to June 18th for Eid
We will REOPEN on Wednesday June 19th. School Office will be closed on Friday June 21st.
