The Summer Food Service Program ( SFSP) has extended its services to provide weekend meals to families and communities. Al-Madinah School is a proud partner of SFSP which provides a support system to families to access Halal healthy meals for their children under the age of 18. Weekend meals will be ready for pick up at Al-Madinah School every Saturday from 12:00 -2:00 pm. If you have a child (ren) enrolled at Al-Madinah School, you are allowed to pick up meals for him/her and any other siblings in your household, under the age of 18, even if they are not enrolled at Al-Madinah School. Participating in the program confirms that your child (ren) does not receive meals from other public schools This is a one time application form.
