The Farmers to Families Food Box Program is part of the Corona Virus Food Assistance Program. In affiliation with USDA, Al-Madinah School is distributing Farmers to Families Food Boxes to community families. You do not need to have children enrolled at Al- Madinah School to receive the food box. Curb side pick-up is open for all community members. One day distribution will take place at Al-Madinah School on Wednesday, March 24th between 11:00 am. – 2:00 pm. This is a ONE DAY DISTRIBUTION EVENT and we can not hold boxes for anyone for the next day. Each family is entitled to pick up ONE BOX ONLY. The box includes cheese, milk, fresh produce, and pre-cooked meats/ poultry (not halal). To reserve your box, please fill out the form in the attached PDF.
