EMERGENCY NOTICE #3
March 23, 2020
We would like to thank you for your cooperation and support during last week’s pick up of the Learn-At-Home Materials package. Starting the week of March 30th all students in grades K- 12 will transition to remote learning. Remote learning will look different for each division (elementary, middle school and high school), further information will be available next week.
Our teachers are working hard to develop remote online instruction so your child(ren) can successfully complete the year, despite school closure. Access to remote online instruction will be given to families who have made all tuition payments. For families who have a remaining balance and would like their child(ren) to access remote online instruction to be promoted in June, please stop by the school office as you pick up Grab-n-Go meals, any day this week Monday - Thursday from 10am - 12pm. Families who completed surveys to loan out a school device for remote learning may also come at this time to receive a device.
Please be advised that as the current health crisis is rapidly changing, we are unsure if the school office will remain open into next week.
We are certain that you may have additional questions. Please make sure that your contact information (mobile numbers and emails) are updated in our system as we will continuously contact families with weekly updates. We will continue to do our best to service the school community. May Allah SWT protect us and have mercy on us all.

Assalamu Alaikum. We have been closely monitoring the health crisis, and we are left with the Qadr of Allah to close the school until April 1st for the safety of our communities. We ask Allah SWT to make us steadfast on His Deen and to protect our families. We know that these are difficult times in many ways, and we are working hard to make sure our students continue to be academically supported.
Students and parents can begin to pick up learn-from-home materials starting tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18th - Thursday, March 19th from 9am - 12pm. Students will move to remote learning instruction in weeks to follow. Families that need connectivity (internet access) and/or to borrow a school tablet for students to engage in remote learning at home can request this when they come to pick up the learn-from-home materials. We would also like to remind parents to make the last tuition payment when they come.
